That picture comparisons pretty much sums it all up and I think Meus Renaissance is right about the something being wrong with the gaming media.
In the past something like this wouldn't happen and game sites we used to respect are spewing out garbage these days.

Well GT has just lost all credit for any future comparison videos. I didn't know handicapping one side was a fair way to do a comparison, I guess I learned something new today.
If square-enix wore to remake games for the PSN other then the FF7 I would love a Xenogears and a Vagrant Story remake.
Next to FF7 Xenogears is my 2nd favorite rpg, such an awesome game.
Alan Wake has a lot of potential and I can't wait for them to actually release more information and how the game actually looks now.
I'm still not sure what kind of gameplay their going for though but Alan Wake should be on everybody's list of a game to look out for.
Every company has something announced but I'm looking at what Team Ico is going to do next. I just played Shadow of the Colossus again the other and I would be happy with a PSN remake with better graphics and framerate. We need to start a petition lol.
It was bound to happen. People make maps from other games all the time because its not suprising that someone can like Halo and UT3 since they are 2 different kinds of FPS anyway.

That would be the dumbest think MS could do if they released a new Xbox next year. This gen of gaming is still getting starting also stating the fact that the next console would no doubt cost more then anything else out right now.
Making a new console is almost saying I give up this round and if the PS3 does last 10 years which it probably will if you look at how the PS2 is still doing most people would probably flock to that or stick with the old 360.
How many people read the article because it wasn't really bashing the 360 all that much but stating a simple truth that 2008 is going to be tough for the 360.
PS3 has title that we know of coming out this year that appeal to gamers in multiple genre for hardcore and casual which is what made the PS2 so successful. The majority of 360 titles that we know off which like last year is mostly for the hardcore user base.

Folklore is a good game sad it got overlooked for the most part. I'm still waitin on Dark Mist their PSN game to release in the America.
Coded Soul looks pretty good for a PSP game. I think its a rpg too I'm going to keep my eye on this.

Gamers everywhere has just jinxed the packers. Payton said that of they win he'll try to get permission to say something new about the game but there are no guarantees though.
The problem Square-Enix has is that first off in Japan the 360 isn't selling and second rpg's that released there like Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey and Eternal Sonata (Trusty Bell) haven't sold either.
Blue Dragon didnt sell well in the US either or Eternal Sonata and I'm sure Lost Odyssey is going to be the same way so for a company that specializes in rpg's would you risk releasing a major rpg title on that system.
